Day 2: City tour in Lima.
Visit the most outstanding places in Lima city and let yourself be enveloped by its charm and tradition. Start this tour with a panoramic view of the Huaca Pucllana, a magnificent, ceremonial and archaeological center built in the 4th century AC. Get to know Colonial Lima visiting its traditional historic center, appreciate the beauty of its Plaza Mayor, the Government Palace, the Municipal Palace and its imposing Cathedral. We will visit an important convent in the city.
Observe the modernity of the city while you take a tour of the residential and financial area of San Isidro and finally get an incomparable view of the Pacific Ocean from the tourist district of Miraflores.

Day 3: Lima/City tour Ica / Buggies & Sandboarding.
At the time, you will be transferred from Lima to Ica by bus. At arrival, assistance and we start the tour in the city.
We will know the highlights of Ica, The City of the Eternal Sun. We will begin the tour with the main square, the cathedral and municipal palace, the sanctuary of the Lord of Luren, considered as the Patron Saint of Ica, and witness the elaboration of wines, as well as the preparation of our national drink El Pisco, all while visiting an artisan wine cellar. Then we will visit the Huacachina Lagoon, a peaceful and natural oasis surrounded by high dunes that, together with the palm trees and huarangos of the area, form a harmonious environment, suitable for beautiful photographs.
Then we will experience the thrill of touring the desert and «flying» over the golden and high dunes of the area on a powerful sandpit, an adrenaline rush that will make this experience an adventure that you will not forget.
To finish, the vehicle will go to the top of a large dune where the guide-instructor will show you how to practice sandboarding; once at the top they can safely enjoy this sport sliding on the sand.
At night, we will go to the bus station to take our transport to the city of Paracas where we will spend the night.

Day 4: Paracas – Ballestas Islands /Lima.
Contemplate the maritime and ecological wealth of Peru, depart early in the morning on a fast glider over the waters of the Sea of Grau to visit the Ballestas Islands; a group of Islands home for an important marine fauna where large colonies of guano birds, Humboldt penguins and sea lions (fine wolf and gray wolf) stand out among other species.
Prepare your camera to take magnificent photographs of the bio-diversity of the area, as well as the famous Paracas Candelabro, which can be seen on the way to the Islands. Return to Paracas, have free time for leisure activities. At coordinated time, you will be transferred from Paracas to Lima by bus. Return to the hotel.

Day 5: Lima / Arequipa – City Tour & Santa Catalina.
At the coordinated time, pick up and transfer to the airport in order to board your flight to Arequipa.

In the afternoon, let yourself be captivated by the beautiful “White City of Arequipa”, named for its architectural constructions with volcanic stone and ashlar; get to know its main square, appreciate its cathedral and colonial churches, make a stop at the
Carmen Alto and Yanahuara to get the classic photo of the city with a panoramic view. Finally, visit the Santa Catalina Monastery through its cloisters, cells, ashlar fountains with gardens and narrow streets.

Day 6: Arequipa / Colca Valley.
Today we will depart very early to the imposing Colca canyon. This tour invites you to contemplate admirable Andean landscapes and to appreciate closely the majestic flight of the condor in the Colca Canyon, considered the deepest in the world. Embark on a journey of approximately 4 hours until you reach Chivay, the first town in the Colca Valley, during the journey, enjoy the magnificent views of the area, adorned by imposing volcanoes, wide wetlands, snow-capped mountains and lagoons inhabited by various Andean birds; once in Chivay, recharge your batteries with a delicious lunch.

Day 7: Colca Valley /Puno.
Appreciate a beautiful Andean sunrise and take a tour along the Colca Canyon to the Cruz del Cóndor, a point from where we can observe the elegant flight of these enormous birds, whose wings extend up to 3 meters; admire its majestic flight and get an excellent view of the Colca Canyon, a unique opportunity to take excellent photographs. Later we are ready to return to the town of Chivay to have a comforting lunch (not included). In the afternoon we will board a tourist bus to the city of Puno, upon arrival assistance and transfer to your hotel.

Day 8: Puno/ Titicaca Lake (Uros and Taquile Island) /Puno.
Sail the waters of Lake Titicaca, considered the highest navigable lake in the world (3810 meters above sea level). We begin the visit to the island of the Uros, an Aymara ethnic group that lives on floating islands built on the basis of reeds growing in the lake itself; then we continue the tour of the lake to Taquile Island where we will appreciate one of the most beautiful Andean landscapes, with abundant hills and archaeological remains; In Taquile, also inhabited by Quechua-speaking natives who have developed efficient and unique social systems, as well as fine hand weaving techniques. Finally, enjoy a nice typical lunch, made with local ingredients in a local restaurant, then embark back to your hotel.

Day 9: Puno/Cusco “The route of the Sun”.
Embark on a comfortable bus and cross beautiful Andean landscapes until you reach the city of Cusco. Along the way, you will explore tourist attractions such as the town of Pukará, where you will have a guided tour of the site museum to appreciate archaeological remains from Andean cultures of the highlands. Next, we will reach La Raya, the highest point of the route (4335 meters above sea level), where we will have about 10 minutes for taking photographs.
Afterward, we head to the town of Sicuani for a typical lunch. We continue the journey to visit the archaeological site of Raqch’i, an Inca construction dedicated to the god Wiracocha. Finishing the trip, we arrive at the town of Andahuaylillas, where we will visit the Church of San Pedro, also known as the Sistine Chapel of America. Arrival in Cusco and transfer to the hotel.

Day 10: Cusco – City Tour & nearby ruins.

In the afternoon, admire the wonderful pre-Hispanic and colonial legacy of Cusco city, an interesting journey where you will learn about Koricancha (Temple of the Sun), ancient place of worship to the Sun, God of the Incas, where the convent of Santo Domingo was built, gaze the beauty of Cusco city´s Main Square and admire the most representative sculptures and paintings of Cusco´s Art inside the cathedral.
Touring the city suburbs, we will visit the Inca complexes of Kenko, Tambomachay, Puka Pukara and the impressive Sacsayhuaman Fortress, strategically built on a hill overlooking Cusco, famous for its external walls built with huge stones cut and assembled with stunning precision.

Day 11: Cusco/ Sacred Valley.
Visit the Sacred Valley, a picturesque tour where you can see important archaeological remains, landscapes, and village customs.
This tour starts with the first stop at Awanacancha Complex, here you can have the chance to feed Andean Camelids such as llamas and alpacas; you will also meet local people who will show their techniques for weaving in their sites.
The tour will include the visit of the typical Pisaq Market where you can have the chance to shop or buy handicrafts and try the traditional costumes. Enjoy a buffet lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, you’ll visit Ollantaytambo Fortress, made up by series of overlapped steps and terraces, built to protect the city from any invasion coming from the jungle through this part of the valley. You’ll have the opportunity to walk the narrow streets of the village and get a first-hand feeling of this military, religious and cultural center of the Inca Empire.

The adventure begins by embarking on one of the most beautiful railway routes, crossing picturesque Andean landscapes and then entering the warm and exuberant jungle brow to the town of Aguas Calientes; Board the bus that will take you up a winding road to the top of a mountain, then take some time to simply delight your senses and enjoy the breathtaking view of the citadel of Machu Picchu, one of the New 7 Wonders of the Modern World. Walk through the Citadel’s go passageways and alleys, witness the architectonic greatness of the Inca Empire and Enjoy this unique place in the world. Take free time to enjoy the mystical energy and natural beauty of the site before returning to Aguas Calientes for lunch.
Return in the afternoon to Aguas Calientes to be transferred to the train station and get back to Cusco. Transfer to the hotel.
